Welcome to iboomm – a platform where users around the world can rank video content. This is a legal agreement between www.iboomm.com (also known as Ubot Labs LLC; “the Site”; “we”; "us"; "our") and the user (“you”). Regardless of whether you have or have not read this User Agreement, if you use any part of the Site then you are bound by the following terms and conditions of this User Agreement. We have the right to update this User Agreement at any time and without notice. If you disagree with any aspect of the following terms your only recourse is to discontinue use of the Site.
All users who wish to rank video content or comment on posts must log in to iboomm. Membership is FREE and anonymous! The information you provide when becoming a member is private and will not be sold to any third parties, please see our privacy policy for more information. The Site will not be responsible for any identity theft. You agree to allow iboomm to communicate with you through emails about issues relating to your account. You may terminate your membership at any time. Likewise, we have the right to suspend or terminate your membership at any time, for any reason, and without explanation. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Site and all its corresponding Services.
We are not liable for iboomm members and their actions. We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to reject or delete any post, comment, photo, video or other content that we find to be illegal or offensive in nature. You are solely responsible for any illegal or offensive material you post on any portion of the Site. You are solely responsible for your conduct and interactions with other iboomm members. We have the right, but are not obligated, to monitor and/or mediate disputes between you and other members. If we fail to monitor any type of misconduct on the Site, this will not waive our right to mediate a subsequent or similar act of misconduct. Please contact us to report any misconduct you find on the Site.
We do not endorse and are not responsible for the accuracy or reliability of any statements made by third parties on the Site, including all member content (such as posts, comments, and any other user added content) and ads that appear on the Site. It is your responsibility to discern the validity of any such content. All content on the Site reflects members’ opinions and not the opinion of iboomm. We are also not responsible in any way for user content and third party links. Please visit third party links at your own risk. Under no circumstances will iboomm be liable for any losses or damages resulting from member content or third party links. We have the right, but are not obligated, to monitor and delete any content on the Site at any time and without warning (this includes, but is not limited to, copyright infringement, impersonation, and illegal content). If we fail to monitor or delete any improper or illegela content, this will not waive our right to monitor or delete subsequent or similar improper content.
By submitting, posting or displaying Content on or through the Services, you accept full responsiblity and liability for your content and grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display and distribute such Content in any and all media or distribution methods now or in later developments; this includes the right to sublicense. This license authorizes us to make your Content available to the world and to allow others do the same.
If you believe that your content has experienced copyright infringement in any way, you may report this to info@iboomm.com for review. However, the Site shall not be found liable for any such infringements.

YOU AGREE THAT THE USE OF THE SITE IS ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. IBOOMM IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE INTEGRITY, ACCURACY AND RELIABILITY OF ANY CONTENT ON THE SITE AND OF ANY THIRD PARTY LINKS. THE SITE DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT IT WILL ALWAYS EXIST, BE AVAILABLE ONLINE OR BE FREE FROM VIRUSES.
YOU AGREE TO RELEASE IBOOMM FROM ANY LIABILITY, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES WHATSOEVER, THAT MAY RESULT FROM ANY ASPECT OF YOUR USE OF THE SITE. YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND FIND IBOOMM AND ALL ITS EMPLOYEES AND AFFILIATES INNOCENT FROM ANY CLAIM OR DEMAND, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER OR NOT SUCH A CLAIM IS COVERED WITHIN THIS USER AGREEMENT.
IBOOMM IS IN NO WAY LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, LOSSES, INJURIES OR ANY CLAIMS OF ANY KIND RESULTING FROM THE USE OF THE SITE. HOWEVER, SHOULD FOR SOME REASON A LEGAL ISSUE INVOLVING IBOOMM NEED TO BE SETTLED IT MUST BE DONE WITHIN A FLORIDA STATE COURT OF LAW. IN NO INSTANCE SHALL THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF IBOOMM EXCEED $100. ANY CLAIM FILED AFTER 1 YEAR FROM DISPUTE SHALL BE VOID. IF WE FAIL TO EXERCISE ANY PORTION OF THESE TERMS THIS WILL NOT WAIVE OUR RIGHT TO EXERCISE SUCH TERMS IN THE FUTURE.
We have the right to modify any part of the terms of this User Agreement at any time and without notification. Continued use of the Site by you confirms your acceptance of any such modifications. This User Agreement was last updated on November 24, 2023.
